  React PM did a renovation on an investment property I own a couple of years ago. The project management was done by the real estate agent that was managing the property at the time.
  
  I am now moving into the property myself and have found a lot of the work, primarily the painting and sanding and polishing of the floor boards, was done to a very poor standard and now require being done again.
  
  At the time the renovation was being carried out I had to regularly check the work as I found that what I had requested and was included in the quote was in fact not being done. In the end, I refused to make the final payment until the work was completed as per what was requested and quoted on.
  
  I'm not sure if in a situation like this where the real estate agent is managing the work if they get a cut, but if so, this may have contributed to React PM attempting to minimise what they did to maximise their profit.

  Frank is a company leader with practical business experience. He understands problems and know how to solve them.
  His staff are experienced tradespeople (well, at least the people working on my job). I was pleased with their attention to detail, and the genuine desire to do a good job.
  Their attitude is consistent with Frank's who was more interested in completing the job to my satisfaction than quibbling amount the small variations. That said, my attitude may have assisted, because I never treated Frank or his staff as contractors. To me, they were all people with whom I was working cooperatively.
  It was a positive experience, and I will happily go back to React for more work.

  We use React Property Maintenance for a lot of our maintenance. Not only are they very "Reactive" they are also well priced and most importantly the workmanship is great. Highly recommended.

  Very happy with the renovation work done by React. Frank and his team were professional and obliging throughout the process. The work was completed in an efficient and timely manner and we are very pleased with the result.Would definitely recommend.
