- Jay D Added April 29, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Car is left with a fault light causing 4x4 system not to work. Very unprofessional experience with the reception lady (there’s only one) She was rude and abrupt, yelled at me over the phone when trying to book my car in for a service. She proceeded to call me rude because I sounded angry over the phone... She was so impatient and sounded like she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on a regular customer. Called back to speak to Sam the mechanic - he was no help at resolving the issue. customer service for my experience here was unfortunately bad.. for that reason here is my 1 star review would give them a 0 if it was an option.
